1. Digital Service Delivery
ImageDescribe.net provides digital image analysis services that become available immediately after a paid plan is activated. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access to the paid features included in your plan.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting support.
3. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current period.
4. Refunds
Because paid access is delivered as a digital service immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started. We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, unused usage allowance, or changes of mind after paid features have been activated.
5. Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified failure that prevented access to paid features. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible.
6. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans provide long-term access to the paid features described at the time of purchase, subject to fair use, service availability, and these Terms. Lifetime plan purchases are generally final once activated.
